About the Job:

 

It’s an exciting time of growth at Tutuka right now and the Internal Communications Specialist will help employees across the organization stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects and business updates by leading strategic internal and executive communications. Identify and promote quality content and usage across internal communications Measure and present results of communication efforts. Design job descriptions for the Talent acquisition team in alignment with our internal and external communication style. Create employer branding content as well as keeping our media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc) up to date. Plan and execute the communication around company events and initiatives. Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives. Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. This role works with Tutuka’s management and internal teams to communicate new information and promote the Tutuka’s special strengths and values.

What you get to do:

Help create a best-in-class internal communications function across Tutuka that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all Tutukans across the globe. Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics to articulate key messages. Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with Tutuka priorities and themes. Make use of internal tools as appropriate to maximize the Tutuka’s internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery, and identity. Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of internal virtual employee events as needed and appropriate. Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of Tutuka goals and culture. Work with appropriate Tutuka personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explores/recommends new channels or technologies where possible. Manage content for the global company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative. Implement metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.

  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the Tutuka.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
  • Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the broader
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels.
